Project Managers effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent project management practices. What You Will Do
As a Project Manager, you'll work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency. You’ll need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile work environment with iterative planning and delivery cycles. Specifically, you will:
- Manage internal team operations ranging from triaging requests, leading stand-ups, flag competing priorities when bandwidth is strained, and team announcements, etc.
- Plan and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Apply project management tools/techniques
- Drive project-related change management
- Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings
- Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables
- Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects
- Develop creative and practical solutions based on the evaluation of multiple factors
- Deliver value by leading the team and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers
- Drive projects forward amid stalling forces Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in the execution
- Help team with any technical impediments, understand the issue and support them in right way
- Weekly technical reports to all stake holders , management and leadership.
Who You Are
- Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects

- Comfort using task-management tools, specifically Jira
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient process and analytical capabilities Able to identify and implement process design and re-engineering to achieve both incremental and transformational business impact.
- Able to break down information in a systematic and consumable manner Successful at getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metrics Respectful and influential; you have the ability to push back when needed and can approach work rationally Bias for action and work comfortably with ambiguity
- Able to analyze information to find trends or diagnose problem areas Passion for decomposing and defining workflows and processes
- Eager to learn and utilize Agile and Lean principles of continuous improvement

- Technical expertise in the technologies like JAVA
